Why we started EverGive

EverGive began when our founder raised $100 million for charities and saw firsthand the systemic flaws in how the world funds its greatest challenges. From that realisation came a simple idea: we can’t just think in quarters, we need to think in generations.

EverGive is building the world’s first forever fund: every donation compounds rather than disappears, creating impact that lasts for centuries. Think of it as a generational safety net for humanity.

Simple, Supportive, Transparent

We want you to feel confident and excited at every step. While the process may vary slightly by role, it always includes these core stages:

  1. An Initial Call: A short conversation to get to know you. We’ll talk about your career aspirations and motivation, and share more about EverGive, the role, and what we look for.
  2. A Call with your Hiring Manager: A conversation to dive deeper into your background and interests. We’ll explore your motivations, how you like to work, and how your experience aligns with the role. This is also your chance to ask detailed questions about the team and company.
  3. A Technical Deep Dive: A focused session designed to test your role-specific skills. This could involve a case study, technical exercise, or problem-solving discussion. We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate both strong technical ability and the creativity to apply it in fast-moving, real-world scenarios.
  4. Values & Team Fit Interview: An opportunity to meet the team in person in London. This stage focuses on collaboration, communication style, and how you live our values. We look for people who are curious, resilient, and thrive in a supportive but high-performing environment.
