Before Evergive, I built companies that helped raise over $200m for charities. That work showed me how powerful generosity can be, but also how fragile the current model is. Too much funding is spent, eroded, and then asked for all over again. Evergive exists because charities deserve something more durable.
We are building the infrastructure for giving that lasts. That means bringing together donors, charities, financial systems, product, and trust in a way that is simple on the surface and rigorous underneath. It is ambitious work, and it needs people who can think clearly, move quickly, and care deeply about the standard of what they ship.
My job is to help set direction, give context, raise the bar, and help you do the best work of your career. You will get real ownership here. You will be trusted with important problems, supported properly, and expected to bring energy, judgement, and care to the work. If that excites you, we’d love to hear from you.

Screening call with our People team
Virtual. 30 minutes
Share your story, ask questions about the role, and learn about our business and what comes next. It's a two-way conversation!
Technical task & competency interview
Virtual. 1 hour
You'll work through a real Evergive challenge ad walk us through your framework, strategy, and how you'd measure success. We're interested in how you think.
Culture & values interview
In person. London. 1 hour
We'll explore how you work, what drives you, and whether we're the right team for each other. You'll meet the wider team and get a real feel for our culture
Paid trial period
Up to 5 days. Where applicable
For some roles, we invite candidates to a brief, fully paid trial alongside the team. It's a chance for both sides to go deeper on fit before committing.
