Screening call with our People team (Virtual, 30 min)
Share your story, ask questions about the role and learn about our business and what comes next. This is a two-way conversation - we want you to leave with a clear picture of whether Evergive is the right fit for you.
Technical task & competency interview (Virtual, 1 hr)
You'll work through a real Evergive challenge and walk us through your framework, strategy and how you'd measure success. We're interested in how you think, not just what you know.
Culture & values interview (In person, London, 1.5 hrs)
We'll explore how you work, what drives you and whether we're genuinely the right team for each other. You'll meet the wider team and get a real feel for our culture.

Paid trial period (Up to 5 days, where applicable)
For some roles, we may invite candidates to a brief, fully paid trial before making a formal offer. This involves working on a specific task alongside the Evergive team - a chance for both sides to go deeper on fit before committing.
